Polar Ice does not allow any birthday celebrations in our lobby.
DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY
All parties, including any add-ons, must be paid for at the time of booking. When you book the party, you will be charged for the standard package and add-ons.
Cancellations:
- More than 10 days before the party, $50 of the deposit is non-refundable, the balance of your deposit will be credited to your DaySmart account.
- Less than 10 days before the party, the full deposit is non-refundable.
