PARTY FAVORS: Polar Ice Stadium Cups or Polar Ice Drawstring Bags. Each party favor includes candy, 2 for 1 skating passes, and discounts for programming at Polar Ice.

CAKE: 8-10" Round

ICE CREAM: Ice Cream Sandwiches & Candy toppings

HOW TO BOOK A PARTY!

Please email: beth.palcher@polaricenc.com and include the rink location you are inquiring about.

Provide the following information with your inquiry:

• Date of event?
• Number of attendees?
• Child's name and age?
• Phone Number

We will respond within 24-48 hours.

DEPOSIT and CANCELLATION POLICY

All parties, including any add-ons, must be paid for at the time of booking.  When you book the party, you will be charged for the standard package and add-ons.

CANCELLATIONS:

• More than 10 days before the party, $50 of the deposit is non-refundable, the balance of your deposit will be credited to your DaySmart account.
• Less than 10 days before the party, the full deposit is non-refundable.

LOBBY CELEBRATIONS

Polar Ice does not allow birthday celebrations in our lobby.
